TACTICS. TECHNIQUES. TITLES. – Zurich Germany Spring Conference
The Zurich Exklusiv Partner Spring Conference is one of the key events of the sales year. 1,200 sales partners and managers from across Germany gather here to exchange ideas, align their strategies, and kick off the year together.
In 2026, the event took place under special circumstances: new momentum in sales, a change in leadership, and high expectations for guidance and direction.
The challenge: to create an event that brings people together, provides clarity, and offers the right setting for this moment.

EVENT CONCEPT
Under the theme “Tactics. Techniques. Titles.”, we developed a cohesive concept that translates strategy, performance, and a shared goal into a clear visual language.
What mattered most was not the idea itself, but its consistent execution.
From the stage, content, and presentations to the guest address and digital support, a common thread emerged that provided direction and held the event together structurally.

EXECUTION
A staged opening with a stadium-like atmosphere immediately immersed the guests in the topic. As the event progressed, the focus was on a clear narrative structure—with carefully orchestrated moments for content, transitions, and key figures.
Special attention was paid to the presentation of the leadership transition:
The introduction of the new sales director was executed with precision and seamlessly integrated into the program.
With Kathrin Müller-Hohenstein as moderator and René Adler as keynote speaker, the event gained additional relevance and prestige.
At the same time, we managed all participant logistics:
Eight hotels, a coordinated shuttle system including “refreshment” transfers, and a central event app ensured a smooth operation and clear guidance for all guests.

IMPACT
The strength of this event lay in the sum of its details.
A clearly structured format that, in a rather reserved setting, impressed with precision, rigor, and service quality—and was able to make an impact precisely because of that.
The feedback was unequivocal: high satisfaction, great appreciation, and a noticeably positive response among participants—even leading to comments like “best annual conference ever.”
