B.EFFECTIVE was commissioned to carry out the complete corporate relaunch of HELIMA from Wuppertal.
The traditional international company, which has been developing and producing profiles for the glass and window industry since 1949, was bought out of insolvency and taken over by the investor Solvesta AG.
As part of the restructuring, HELIMA's external appearance was also to be completely revised and all marketing activities restructured and implemented.
The first milestone was the logo development and the conception of a slogan and a key visual. Based on these basic elements, B.EFFECTIVE developed a new language and visual world for the company. The result is a uniform business stationery, emotional and informative image and product brochures as well as an online presence.
At the same time, B.EFFECTIVE prepared the company's official appearance at the world's largest glass trade fair - Glasstec. As a former market leader, the "return" of HELIMA was awaited with excitement and interest by partners, customers and competitors alike. And the company's new presence exceeded all expectations: HELIMA's slightly "dusty" image was thrown overboard during the trade fair. The informative, modern and at the same time unusual trade fair presentation delighted the press and trade fair visitors alike.
Lovingly crafted details, various discussion areas and appealing product presentations in different forms ensured that customers and new prospects alike were able to obtain comprehensive information and feel at home at the stand. The pleasant atmosphere and small highlights attracted the trade fair visitors to the unusual stand. HELIMA was the talk of the trade fair at the latest after the photo shoot with all 150 employees.
B.EFFECTIVE also managed the accompanying press work before, during and after the trade fair and the relaunch.
"As part of the restructuring process of HELIMA GmbH from Wuppertal, B.EFFECTIVE was commissioned to revise the company's external image and develop a new CI/CD. From the conception and implementation of the corporate identity, through the development of the marketing strategy, to the implementation of press relations, B.EFFECTIVE successfully and sustainably advised and supported us in all matters. Particularly noteworthy is the conception and implementation of the company's presence at the industry's largest trade fair, Glasstec, with which the newly developed corporate philosophy was presented to all business partners in a way that was both professional and emotional. In this way, B.EFFECTIVE was able to process the content of the long-standing corporate culture that has grown since the international company was founded and, in particular, to combine and demonstrate the newly acquired potential that results from the connection between the former traditional family business and the new parent company Solvesta AG.
