Appreciation, gratitude and cultivating relationships are the focus of the incentive trip to which Motul's most successful exporters are invited. The 60 European guests were able to look forward to "Dolce Vita" in Sicily.
The B.EFFECTIVE team was happy to take on the challenge of offering Motul's guests varied and exciting incentive modules. As part of the conceptual design, B.EFFECTIVE developed a program that allowed guests to choose their own level of adrenaline. In addition to exciting and challenging activities, guests could also opt for communicative and cultural elements.
After arriving in Taormina, one of the most beautiful cities on the Italian island, the guests first enjoyed a dinner in an extraordinary location: Built into the steep slopes and cliffs typical of Taormina, the guests were offered an unforgettable view of the coastal and seascape.
In the two days that followed, guests were able to explore the breathtaking natural surroundings on land and at sea. The adventurers plunged into the wild and rugged gorges of the Alcantara River on tubes and sailed around the bays around Catania, while the calmer souls explored the Alcantara region on foot and enjoyed the benefits of the inland by classic car.
In the evening, adventurers and explorers met up to talk about the day and their experiences and enjoyed exquisite fish specialties in an intimate and exclusive setting with a fantastic view over the Bay of Mazzaro.
After a relaxed end to the day, the next day awaited the group with new events. The guests had the opportunity to explore the still active Mount Etna with jeeps and quads. Where layers of rock mix with cooled lava flows and the flora carves its own path, nature creates its very own impressions to which nothing more can be added - except amazement. At an altitude of around 2,000 m, masses of rock characterize the mountain. Extinct craters and lava caves can be explored under expert guidance.
At the end of the Etna tour, the guests were able to see for themselves that Etna, with its diverse landscape, is even suitable for wine-growing. Sicilian specialties and exceptional wines from our own production were served at the beautiful "Gambino" estate at the foot of Mount Etna.
A Sicilian manor house with enchanting courtyards and gardens provided the backdrop for a grand finale. The guests entered another world and experienced the godfather, his mafioso and witnessed a murder, which was soon solved by the audience itself. Sicilian folklore, culinary specialties, a relaxed atmosphere and an after-show party brought an impressive journey to an end, before heading back home the next morning.
