TOP EMPLOYERS INSTITUTE – GLOBAL CERTIFICATION DINNER 2026
The Top Employers Institute’s Global Certification Dinner is the culmination of an international program that recognizes companies worldwide for outstanding HR work.
Having already successfully organized the regional event in previous years, B.EFFECTIVE was entrusted with producing the global event for the first time in 2026. A decision that came with a clear mandate: to create a format that showcases international excellence while simultaneously providing a stage for each individual company.
CONCEPT
By dividing the event into “A Day to Discover” and “A Night Full of Stars,” a format was created that purposefully combines networking and presentation.
During the day, selected international decision-makers gathered in small groups. In the Meistersaal and the Hansa Studios, a space was created for personal exchange, new perspectives, and genuine connection—deliberately intimate, high-quality, and focused on substance.
In the evening, this foundation was transformed into a global awards format that brings together brand, recognition, and production.
EXECUTION
With around 800 guests in attendance, the Estrel Convention Center became a stage for international excellence.
The evening began before the first item on the program:
A staged Walk of Fame highlighted the award-winning companies and set the tone for an evening of recognition.
The specially developed opening show consistently brought this vision to life in the space—a blend of music, movement, and visual staging that defined the mood of the evening.
Set early on: the introduction of the new CEO—precisely integrated and positioned as a clear thematic highlight.
The companies themselves were at the heart of the evening.
Their moments on stage were deliberately pared down and staged with focus—offering maximum visibility and tangible recognition.
The transition to the open-ended conclusion was seamless, creating space for exchange, interaction, and shared celebration.

The strength of this format lay in the connection of two levels:
