"The Art of Being a Top Employer" - under this motto, the Top Employers Institute invited the best employers from Germany, Austria and Switzerland to Düsseldorf to select and certify the best of the best.
The aim was no less than to make this event an unforgettable evening for the participating companies.
An aspiration that is fully in line with that of B.EFFECTIVE. An all-round carefree package for both the organizer and the participants. For companies that are characterized by a high level of commitment and remarkable achievements in creating a better working environment.
The brief for B.EFFECTIVE was: a worthy event with full facilities.
A red carpet, champagne reception, artistic balloon arches and a view of the Rhine created a warm welcome atmosphere for the 350 guests as they arrived. The warm and relaxed "you" mentality right from the accreditation process ensured a relaxed start to the evening, which was characterized by small talk and snapshots in the photo booth until the official start. Live music and an impressive location staging accompanied the reception.
Through the "Walk of Fame" with an easel exhibition of the certified companies, the guests reached the ballroom for the dinner and the main program, accompanied by a drummer quartet.
The three-course menu was alternately framed by entertaining moderation, impressive productions of artistic live music and brilliant multimedia projections as well as the announcement of the respective best Top Employers.
In between, there were repeated opportunities for professional photoshoots on the red carpet and interactive networking activities.
After a varied evening, the dance floor was finally opened with a midnight snack and the event was "individualized". The guests used the open end of the evening to celebrate themselves well into the night.
An evening that not only challenged us, but also gave us a lot of pleasure. We will be happy to partner with them again next time.
