IFB . DIGITAL SUMMER CONFERENCE
Our client EY ifb - an international consulting company - relied entirely on our conceptual and technical expertise to develop and implement its first digital conference. For the annual summer conference, the format had to switch to the digital space in the meantime. The result was a unique, varied and entertaining event that will live long in the memory.
In addition to the classic knowledge transfer and training of employees in alternating workshop sessions, the event also focused on strengthening the sense of community. Team building, playful exchanges and shared moments of enjoyment were to be integrated into the conference as digital experiences.
At the ifb headquarters in Cologne, we developed two production sets in harmony with the architectural conditions. In addition to the classic speaker situation with a talk counter and screen, a set for the talk rounds with several participants was created in the adjoining conference room. This made it possible to create varied images for the digital audience and to thematically separate the different parts of the event.
In addition to the on-site production, the heart of the digital event is our streaming platform OLE. It creates a virtual event space that brings all participants together in one place. With a look and feel individually adapted to the ifb conference, participants were welcomed personally and guided through the event in an uncomplicated manner.
In addition to the full HD livestream, viewers had the opportunity to ask questions in the studio, take part in polls and interact with other participants in group or individual chats. The integration of individualized workshop sessions guided the guests intuitively through the event thanks to the clear structure of the platform.
The virtual diamond hunt, which we sent the participants on in smaller teams, proved that team building can also be an absolute highlight with fun, excitement and a sense of togetherness in the digital space. Their journey took them across the Internet, from Twitter to Facebook to other sources - hidden clues had to be found everywhere in order to solve the puzzle. But in the end, there could only be one winning team...
All teams were then able to toast their victory together at a virtual cocktail course.
Under the guidance of a professional bartender, they mixed the relevant ingredients, which they had received in a cocktail box sent out in advance of the event, into delicious cocktails.Thanks to the shared moment of enjoyment complemented by chilled live music, it was a relaxed end to a varied and thoroughly interactive digital event.
