For our long-standing client Motul - a French manufacturer of lubricants - we have already been able to implement the annual importer meeting as a live event several times. 
 
Motul relies entirely on our expertise in the field of digital and hybrid event formats to make it possible to experience an international event without having to travel and over short distances. In addition to the content-related parts, the comprehensive concept of the conference also included the integration of activating team experiences and the joint closing evening. Under the motto #StrongerTogether, the result was a high-quality and extremely entertaining event that inspired participants around the world. 
 
In our production studio in the Ruhr area, we built a setting with the look and feel of a motorsport racetrack with great attention to detail, which gave the Motul products an appropriate presentation framework. Our professional presenter accompanied the changing talk guests through the varied setting both live and via a link-up. Thanks to her specialist knowledge and authentic enthusiasm, Lena Siep, who is well known from motor racing, was able to convey even complex technical issues in a charming and professional manner.
 
Via the streaming platform OLE, participants had the opportunity to follow the broadcast of the full HD live stream as well as ask their questions directly to the studio. This allowed direct feedback to be given to speakers and panelists in the recurring Q&A sessions. 
 
Another highlight for interactive exchange took place during the breaks via a virtual networking platform. Participants were able to move freely with their avatar on a customized map in Motul design and be inspired by the wealth of detail in the world created especially for them. Just like at a live event, participants were able to take part in the conversation by approaching a group with sound and images. 
 
During a rousing cocktail course - accompanied by relaxed live music - our professional bartender showed that an atmospheric end to an event is possible even at a distance.
