150 participants, 2 days, several locations in different time zones and a wide variety of workshop formats - realizing the General Management Conference of our client Vibracoustic as a digital event was a special experience for us.
The aim was to provide international management with a strategic outlook for the coming year and the opportunity for interactive exchange in an entertaining atmosphere.
The professionally moderated live production in our studio was enhanced with a variety of digital tools. For example, the participants were briefed on current topics in various marketplaces. The groups switched to the next session, which was moderated by experts, after exactly 10 minutes. The participants were able to sit back and relax as the groups changed automatically. For an even more communicative design, the marketplaces were accompanied by an editorial team. This ensured an entertaining and highly focused thematic input.
The use of a digital whiteboard, on which participants could work in groups during the conference, made it easier for them to focus on specific topics.
Another highlight of the event was certainly the live hackathon held at two different locations, in which three teams competed against each other. With regular live feeds to the two locations, the hackathon was an exciting event element that kept the participants' attention throughout the event. There was a joint vote on the results, which was also integrated into our streaming platform OLE.
In order to optimally network the participants on a personal and social level, a query was made in advance of the event using our individually created OLE registration form. On this basis, the participants could be grouped into homogeneous networking groups.
A final highlight awaited the participants at the end of the event. Thanks to the cocktail packages sent out in advance, the audience could not only watch the star bartender mixing, but also treat themselves to a fine drink. With their own cocktails in hand, the audience were then able to vote for the song selection of the music played live in the studio.
